Funding Your Account - Step by Step

To deposit funds into your NameCaptor.com account, you should login using your login and password and go to the "Cashier" page. From the member's panel you can access the Cashier following the "Cashier" link in the Members Menu Bar or the one located in the Fast Navigation menu.

In this page you will find an Step by Step explanation that will guide you in though the funding process.


Step 1 - Selecting deposit type

When you click on the Cashier link, you will be directed to a page like the one in the picture below:


On this first step, you need to select the type of deposit you want to make. There are 2 basic deposit options: Fixed Amount Deposits and Custom Amount Deposits.

Fixed Amount Deposits are "ready-to-buy deposits". These deposit options allow you to deposit the exact amount of money required to buy some specific products (i.e. If you want to request just one backorder, you can select the "Single Backorder" option and you will fund your account with the exact amount of money you need to buy ONE backorder). In this catagory you will find, for instance, Single Backorder Deposits, 3-Backorders Pack, etc.

In the other hand, Custom Deposits allow you to deposit money in bulk. You select the amount of money you want to deposit into your account and this is what you pay. This type of deposits are intended and recommended for the individuals that deal with bulk or high volume requests or the ones that use the Marketplace service.

When you have decided the deposit option that suits you better, click the "Deposit this amount" button next to it. You will be directed to Step 2.


Step 2 - Confirming your deposit selection

You will move then to Step 2, which corresponds to the following page. Here is where the transaction starts, although you won't be billed until Step 4.




On this Step, you only need to review all information is correct and if it is, click on "Pay Now" button, that will redirect you to our Payment Handler.

Important notes: We recommend our users to use the same adress in the payment that the one registered in their account. This way the system will easily review the transaction and delays will be avoided. Also note that while we use PayPal Processor as our Payment Handler, you are not required to own a PayPal account pay at our site.


Step 3 - Introducing payment details

You will be redirected to our payment hanlder, PayPal Payments. Please check picture notes to understand each part of this page.



You will find a page like this (please note this page changes from time to time so you may find a slightly different page). When you arrive at this page, you are about to pay the desired amount. If you have a PayPal account, please login using the form at the right and pay from the inside (#5). If you don't have any PayPal account you can use the "Guest Payment" option, clicking the "Continue" button (#4 in the picture).

When you have introduced your details (if you don't have a PayPal account) or logged in (if you have one), you will see a page like this one.


This is the "Final confirmation page", when you click on "Pay Now" button the payment will be done.


Step 4 - Payment Completed

Congratulations, the payment has been completed!

Now you will find a page containing your payment result. Click the "Return to Shop button" on that page and you will be redirected to the NameCaptor.com confirmation page:



And the payment is done. Easy, simple, fast and secure. Now you are ready to backorder some awesome domains. Happy hunting!

Please note that, although most of the times the payment will be instantly confirmed and you will be able to use your funds inmediately, sometimes the payment confirmation can be delayed some minutes. This may happen if the system detects a possible fraud or if there is a delay on the notification our payment handler sends us when the payment has been processed.
